Millennials 1980 - 1995

Testosterone averaged 567 ng/dl  for men aged 16-23. Your peak testosterone is lower than your fathers baseline.

Generation Z to Current - 1996 - Now

Men aged 15-39 average testosterone levels of 451 ng/dl. The average has dropped 30% since 1999.

A study on 5,000 Danish men first debunked this argument by finding 30-year-olds fro, 1982 had 10% more testosterone than 30-year-olds from 2001, clarifying that age is not the cause of the decline.
